there are no hourly charges, no ticking clock to swell the bill if work takes longer than anticipated. The Basic Fee brings a technician to your location (with-in reasonable milage) to perform a hands-on diagnosis and prepare a formal Service Recommendation. If the Recommended Service can be accomplished in the first hour, only the Basic Fee applies. Additional fees will apply in more complex cases. All fees are explained in advance, and no work is carried out without customer approval. Wondering how much a repair or installation will cost? | Our standard rate is $49.95 to do the same thing we do if we come to your house or business. But with remote access we don't have to waste gas and that saves YOU money and keeps our good earth GREEN. |
